Having completed the 14 day kick start my stats are;
Weight: -10lbs
Fat: -3.7%
Water: +2.7%
Muscle: +1.3%
I am going to limit weighing myself to every two weeks as I want this to be more about how I feel and my general health. I want to lose weight but I don't want this to be my main focus.
This is the first diet where I am not hungry - no doubt due to the protein in every meal. It is also helping me with my portion control so I am sure I will keep losing but better than that I feel I am gaining my health bad.
